What is a musical phrase?
A complete musical thought with a clear beginning and ending.
What is a cadence?
The punctuation of music, providing closure to a phrase.
What is a Half Cadence (HC)?
A cadence that creates a pause or temporary stopping point.
What is a Deceptive Cadence (DC)?
A cadence that provides an unexpected resolution, delaying finality.
What is an Authentic Cadence (AC)?
